1、
Like we reported earlier in the week today Nintendo held a Splatoon 2 Direct which ran through the basics of the game, including gear and customisation.

Aside from showing off a few of the upcoming battle modes, today's Splatoon 2 Direct took us to the various gear shops in the Galleria, including Headspace, Ye Olde Clothes Shoppe, and Ammo Knights.

Weapons will come in sets of thee: Main, Sub, and Special weapons. Each weapon and type will have its strength and weaknesses, but some Splatoon 2-specific changes include the fact you can flick your roller vertically, store weapon charge while swimming around in ink, and dodge roll (with Dualies).

Some new Main Weapons include:
Clash Blaster - has short-range but high-firing rate and explosive tendencies.Flingza Roller - has both horizontal and vertical flings, and the roller changes shape depending on how you swing it.Goo Tuber - holds a charge for a long time and can move to another location while powered up, letting you perform a powerful sneak attack.Dapple Dualies are light weight and let you move around quickly while firing with speed.Splat Brella - both shoots and defends from your enemy's attacks.
While new Sub Weapons are currently in development, some include:
Autobomb - locates and hunts down enemies.Toxic Mist - can be thrown at enemies, surrounding them in a harmful gas.
We also got another look at a couple of different modes:
Turf Wars - offers up exactly the experience you'd expect (as in, you battle for turf), with a choice of different arenas.Ranked Battle - has some awesome modes coming, including Splat Modes, Tower Control, and Rain Maker. When you earn your ranking, you'll be matched with others on the same level as you, meaning that you should have a fair fight.League Battles - play out over a two-hour period and act much like Ranked Battles. Afterwards you may even get a medal for your efforts.Salmon Run - a closer look at the various opponents you'll be facing, includingHero Mode - much like I'd mentioned in a previous post, we got a further look into the game's only single player mode.
SplatNet 2 lets you keep track of your wins and losses, inkage, lets you analyse your previous efforts, and more. This'll be available through the Nintendo Switch Online app, which lets you keep in contact with your team-mates.

Weapon, Stages, and Gear updates will be arriving for about a year, while Splatfest Battles will be taking place for two years after release.

Check out the full video below for all of the details. There's a lot to take in here.

Enyo is an upcoming Hoplite-inspired roguelike from Tiny Touch Tales (of Card Crawl and upcoming Card Thief fame), coming soon to iOS and Android.

Expanded from a recent game jam entry, Enyo revolves around a hero in desperate tactical combat using only your shield and grappling hook to survive. Those tools prove quite versatile, allowing you to manipulate enemies into traps and hazards.

Lava and spikes become tools to drag enemies into, and bomb throwing foes act as an inadvertent weapon as you pull other creatures into the blast radius of their explosives.

Your shield compliments your hook, letting you push enemies and other objects away.

Enyo is currently in beta-testing for iOS and Android; we'll share more details with you as the game nears release. You can find the original game jam version Hook & Shield here.

2、
Capcom will be bringing Resident Evil Revelations 2 to PS Vita this spring.

It comprises four episodes that will be released on consoles and PC starting on February 17th. The plan is to bring out one episode a week, with the last episode being released on March 10th.

After all the episodes are out, the game will be made available on Vita in some form.

Whether this will be per episode, or as a single download containing all four episodes is unclear. It could be that both of these options are available.

It's being sold on PC and consoles for €5.99 / $5.99 per episode, or €24.99 / $24.99 for the complete season. So its pricing on Vita will probably be the same.
